Certified Leister Repair Centre
Last year, Carr New Zealand successfully completed its three yearly Repair Centre Audit, demonstrating our commitment to maintaining the high standards expected by Leister Switzerland. Category Manager, Matthew Allan and Customer Services Manager, Mark Hiscocks spent several hours with Daniel Barmet, Leister’s Global Head of Repairs, reviewing a comprehensive range of requirements to ensure our facilities are fully equipped to support our New Zealand customers.
Following this thorough audit, Carr New Zealand was awarded a new Repair Centre Certification, valid until September 2027.
We encourage all customers who haven’t had their tools checked or serviced in over 12 months to consider scheduling a service. Our goal is to complete tool servicing within 1–2 days of receipt, ensuring minimal downtime.
