July 19, 2026

From 17 to 19 June 2026, CARR team members Americo Blanco and Alex Fenn flew the Carrflex® flag at the NZSDA Expo at the ASB Showgrounds in Auckland.

It was a genuinely good three days on the stand — reconnecting with long-standing customers, meeting new people from across the sign and display trade, and showing the latest additions to our growing Green Range.

One thing came through clearly in almost every conversation Americo and Alex had. More businesses are actively looking for sustainable options, but nobody is willing to trade away quality, performance, or price to get there. That gap is exactly what the our range of printable PVC-free Future banner and mesh is designed to close.

Visitors saw our CARRFLEX® 320gsm PVC-free double-sided pull-up media, which prints cleanly on both sides with no edge curling and runs with all major ink technologies.

Alongside it sat our CARRFLEX® 210gsm PVC-free Premium Future Banner – lightweight, very strong, and still the only fully weldable PVC-free banner material available. Our live welding demonstrations drew steady crowds across all three days, which was the point: it is far more convincing to watch a weld hold than to read about it.

We also introduced our new CARRFLEX® PVC-free pre-hemmed mesh, designed to make installation quicker without giving up print quality or durability.

Sustainability shouldn’t stop when the job comes down, either. Through our long-standing partnership with Future Post, Green Range media can be recycled into durable fence posts rather than going to landfill. Customers can return used media to us or arrange collection, with options available across both the North and South Islands.
