In the second week of February, we had the pleasure of welcoming Darwin Prawira to New Zealand. Darwin is part of Leister’s team based in Singapore, working across the APAC region with manufacturers and producers who rely on hot air technology in their processes — and his visit gave us a full week of collaboration we won’t forget quickly.
During the week, Darwin joined us for customer visits and conversations that covered everything from developing new project ideas to retrofitting existing gas systems with hot air and heat recirculation technology. These are real challenges our customers navigate, and having Darwin alongside brought a depth of technical perspective that only comes from working across an entire region. It’s exactly the kind of knowledge exchange that makes the Carr New Zealand–Leister partnership so valuable to the people we serve.
Darwin also ran dedicated training sessions for the whole Carr New Zealand team, sharpening our understanding of Leister’s Process Heat range and equipping us to better support customers when they come to us with technical questions. We came away meaningfully more capable — and our customers will feel that.
We wrapped the week up the right way: a team BBQ and a game of rugby. A genuine thank you to Darwin for his time, his knowledge, and his generosity with both.
